Housing Bond Loan Program
Palm Beach County administers funding from voter-approved Workforce and
Affordable Housing General Obligation Bonds to support the development of
new affordable and workforce housing units. Financing is provided in the
form of loans to qualified developers for eligible residential projects.
Funds are intended to increase the availability of housing for low-, moderate-,
and workforce-income households and may be used in conjunction with other
public and private financing sources.
