On April 24, 2024, a ceremonial ribbon cutting was held for the new homes that are part of the Lake Worth Beach E Street Community Land Trust (CLT) Cottage Homes Project. CLT of Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast was formed in 2006 to help address the need for affordable housing in Palm Beach County. The partners for the E Street project include Palm Beach County, South Florida Community Land Trust, JP Morgan Chase & Co., Lake Worth Beach CRA, Zabik and Associates Inc., Stuart & Shelby and SELF (Creating Sustainable Communities).
